The prize of this week’s Blog Bonanza is:

school's out2666

School’s Out by Sarah Tucker
School’s Out is about a mother of three who struggles to keep up with her children when school’s out for the summer holidays. Obstacles and challenges come hurdling for Amanda and all plans seem to fall apart for her. This book is an interesting read that shows motherhood is an unpredictable journey but ultimately everything falls into place nicely.

2666 by Roberto Bolaño
2666 depicts the unsolved and ongoing serial murders of Ciudad Juárez; Santa Teresa in the novel. The host of unforgettable characters includes academics and convicts, an American sportswriter, an elusive German novelist, and a teenage student and her widowed, mentally unstable father. Their lives intersect in the urban sprawl of Santa Teresa—a fictional Juárez—on the U.S-Mexico border, where hundreds of young factory workers, in the novel as in life, have disappeared.

To win either one of these books, all you have to do is answer these six questions correctly:

1.) Name one other fiction book written by Sarah Tucker.
2.) Name the two publishing companies Sarah Tucker works for.
3.) Sarah Tucker is a columnist for which specialty for a monthly regional magazine?

4.) Name one other published works by Roberto Bolaño.
5.) From which country is Roberto Bolaño from?
6.) Which translated novel of Roberto Bolaño’s kickstart his fame in the publishing world?
